Your ANiiOKi eBike will arrive 85% pre-assembled, making setup quick and easy. Unpacking and assembly typically takes just 10–15 minutes. Simply unfold the bike, adjust the handlebars and seat to your preferred position, and securely lock the folding mechanism (if applicable).

Inside the package, you'll find all the necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual to guide you through the assembly process.

After receiving your eBike, please record its serial number, which is usually located on the head tube of the frame.

You'll need the serial number when making a warranty claim or contacting our support team for assistance.

We also recommend keeping this number in a safe place, as it can be useful for reporting your eBike to the local authorities or your insurance provider in the event of theft.

Yes. ANiiOKi eBikes can be ridden in winter and snowy conditions, provided proper riding precautions are taken.

The recommended operating temperature range is -20°C to 40°C (-4°F to 104°F).

Please note: In hot weather, we recommend limiting each ride to no more than 7 miles (11 km) at a time to help protect the battery and maintain optimal performance. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and allow the battery to cool down before recharging if it becomes hot after riding.

Yes. The display is designed to be water-resistant and can withstand light rain and normal riding conditions.

However, we do not recommend riding for extended periods in heavy rain or exposing the display to excessive moisture.

If you need to ride in rainy weather, we recommend using a waterproof cover to protect the display and its cable connections. This will help extend the lifespan of the electrical components and ensure reliable performance.

To maintain your battery’s performance and extend its lifespan, we recommend following these tips:

• To prevent battery over-discharge or undervoltage, charge the battery at least once a month when it is not in use for an extended period.
  
• For daily use, it is recommended to recharge the battery after each ride to keep it ready for your next trip.
  
• Always keep the battery charging port away from metal objects to avoid short circuits or damage.
  
• Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures, and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  

An eBike battery’s capacity is measured in Watt-hours (Wh). You can calculate it by multiplying the battery voltage (V) by its Amp-hour (Ah) rating:

Battery Capacity (Wh) = Voltage (V) × Amp-hours (Ah)

For example, a 48V 10.4Ah battery has:

48V × 10.4Ah = 499.2Wh

A higher Watt-hour (Wh) rating means the battery stores more energy, which generally provides a longer riding range (depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, speed, weather, and riding mode).
