Thank you for your patience. We have received a reply from the head of the R&D department. According to your request, the following are the modification plans we can provide:
Motor power: We can change the motor power to 250W and engrave the relevant functional parameters on the motor. After the modification, the motor will retain all the original functions to ensure stable performance.
Tire modification: Sorry, the tire cannot be modified at present and cannot be replaced with other models of tires, but the latest version of road wear-resistant tires will be replaced. Please understand.
Valve modification: Regarding the demand for portable valves, I regret to inform you that since the existing design is not compatible with this modification, we cannot find a suitable controller line to match the detachable throttle, so this modification cannot be made.
Modification time: As the factory is approaching the end of the year, the staff arrangement is relatively tight, and the modification is expected to take 1-2 months.
Logistics time: After the modification is completed, it will take about 2 months to ship. We will provide free delivery and tax-free services to ensure that the products are delivered directly to your door.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel your order during the R&D and modification period, we will deduct the corresponding fees according to the following standards:
Accessory shopping and research loss fee: 30% of the accessory shopping and research loss fee will be deducted when the order is cancelled.
If you cancel your order during shipment, we will deduct the corresponding fees according to the following standards:
50% of the logistics loss fee will be deducted when the order is cancelled.
Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty for the modified electric bicycle. If any problems occur during the warranty period, we will provide you with free repair services.
